How to Train Your Dragon: Pin the Fire on the Dragon
So I know you all would have heard of Pin the Tail on the Donkey, well this is Pin the Fire on the Dragon. Such a fun game for the kids to play. It was inspired by a How to Train Your Dragon party decoration I saw on Pinterest.

How to Train Your Dragon: Felt Toy Dragons
A lot of the time when our children go to parties they come back with plastic toys that break the next day. I wanted to send them home with something that would last a bit longer.
Chicken Curry Bake
Chicken Curry Bake (serves 4)
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (can be substituted for breasts, legs etc)
3 tablespoons oil
1 brown onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1 tablespoon curry powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (400ml) light coconut cream
1 cup chicken stock
Extras: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, spinach.
1. Pre heat oven to 180Âșc
2. Place chicken in oven in a suitable baking dish while
preparing sauce (about 10-15 min)
3. Heat oil in frying pan, add chopped onion and sliced
garlic. Brown for 2 minutes.
4. Add curry powder, turmeric, ginger and salt and pepper to
taste. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in coconut cream and chicken stock. Bring to the
boil.
6. Remove chicken from oven, pour over sauce and add
optional vegetables. I just added broccoli. Cover with aluminium foil and bake
for 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Serve with rice.
How to Train Your Dragon: Dragon Eggs
Simple to make and fun to smash, these dragon eggs were a big hit with the kids. We decided to do these instead of a Pinata so each child got there own little goodies. Plus since it was Easter I thought it would be fun to make them go looking for the eggs.

How to Train Your Dragon: Cake
So cake making is really not my thing. I can do most needle crafts but when it comes to sculpting anything it looks like something a 3 year old would make. This year we were lucky enough that my father in law purchased this cake for my son's 5th birthday.
It looked amazing and tasted even better.
